Must consider the practical aspect of our life in the context of the world. We must find out what is it that we know of the world, then proceed to ask ontological questions. Thus, we may be able to locate ourselves within this realm.
Questions of freedom must arise at the deepest roots. It's not a choice to attend to something that got your attention. Continuance of behavior has been termed habit, but those who use methods, were pushed to do so.
If our thoughts are thoughts of something, how does one explain Regulative Cognition such as "simplicity" and "consistency." We can't perceive such tendencies as direct impressions. We got them somehow external from the world; the how is a good, simple question.
Perhaps external; maybe so external that it lead to a point of conversion, similar to the point where infinity meets nothingness, the external force of this type of cognition is fully grounded and manifested in the internal construction of us. It is also essential to our judgments about the world. Where judgments determine our view of the world. If so, our view of the world is thus determinately composed/structured in due dependence on these Regulative thoughts (thirst for simplicity and hunger for consistency), and if they are absolutely pure a priori cognition, they are fundamental to our way of life, therefore determine: the practically of our actions in every single way. Thus intentions are grounded in intentions, in intentions ans so on. The basis of this feature may have been causal. That as it may, how/where it started from one event, and transformed and configured thus forth, it still does not take away from its determinacy.
Actions are determined, for our view is determined. The judgment upon our actions are determined due to the boundaries of thought. The alteration, or the purported choice to alternate the actions are accordingly set up. The life lived, is only a life lived thus. determinacy

Occupation, realization of one's position
Police responded to a 911-call at 4:48 a.m. at the suburban Virginia home Kellermann shared with his wife Donna and 5-year-old daughter Grace.
This is the posting, regarding the suicide of the Freddie Mac official, David Kellermann. He decided to exit this realm. One can only speculate if there are others. It was a choice, chosen for reasons. Reasons are the sweats and bi-product of an activity done by minds. However the decision to exit has another dimension. Reasons may have been upon David, but the cause lay somewhere besides him. What caused this incident? Reasons, in the most strict sense, are ultra private. Causes, can be speculated and analyzed. Why did this happen?
Actions are evaluated by entities of judgment. Entities of judgment come in many shape and form. The law is an entity of judgment. One's parents are definitely entities of judgment. The ref is the epitome of this function. To evaluate an action, to determine its fit or misfit one appeals to certain of such entities. Actions are thus two fold, those that lead to failures and those that are successful. Something must have lead him to be embarrassed by one or some of his failures. Perhaps a disappointment of such occurrence of a misfit. That's the general theme of his reasons for his decision. In respect the cause of such decision however, one must trace back. But the theme of such discussion will mainly be about this notion of "misfit." which entity of judgment was he acting in accordance with? What is the structure, shape and form of such entity? Its birth, its status and its future? What ideology was he acting in accordance with, discovering that, will be discovering the cause of such misfortune?
It would be too easy to just quote Marxist notion of anhilation of the laborer, but it also won't be any less legitimate. However, to merely pointing the blame upon the system of maximum efficiency for having the tendecy to cause such unfortunes would be too weak, naiive and would not address the responsibility of the customers who buy into such systems. I propose that though we may not have full freedom, in that we are always living in some system, some context and with the bounds of some policies and ways of thought, we have some freedom in how we position ourselves within those contexts. Meaning, though the culture which one lives in is the large set with it's general and macro boundaries, one can (maybe by sacrifising and manipulating) extend and position himself in the best (the best for him) position within such realm. For that is the meaning of "over coming your circumstances." Basketball players, actors and even some of our favored politicians and scientists have over come their status and achieved the best positions. In retro-respect a figure like Wittgenstein or St. Agustine over came the wealth of their families to engage themselves in a deeper inquiries and those looked to locate themselves with in their best positions. Poverty and wealth can be burdened upon me, but I have some reach and strength to over come them.
Ignorance and constant thinking, hollow thoughts and esclatingly busy thoughts, desires and needs; these all are oposite circumstances that I have limited power of will. Limited in respect to the circumstances and to my power of will it self. That means, if unsatisfactory to me (me is a technical term), I can address it and reach to alter that position. [Metaphore: while descending on ropes down a clif, the rope may run short. One reaches to wines or ropes that run deeper/longer.] But first one needs to realize that the rope will run short. To be successful one must realize to some extent the destination of his path and his general position of where he is at. To do that one can't just follow with faith, of reaching the grounds, through the same path that others have landed. To do so, is to be in genuine. For the ropes may present themselves as strong, long and the best for one, for the other they may run short, weak and fail.
Can it be that the cause of such unfortune is due to following a path, according to an entity of judgment? In other words, climbing the corporate ladders, worshiping the manifesto of those institutions, with out questioning your why? Without knowing where he is at, man due to his nomadi nature is always on the move. Is he lost after the move or is he just lost?
For me (the ego less, the true Dasein, in child like psyche) it is misty. A haze covers the horizons, not knowing exactly which ropes are long and which will run short. Also there is the ego that shouts contrary things. This leads to hesitency and lack of spontaneity (lack of true Me). However difficult and hazy, it is important to try hard (for not everything is supposed to be easy) to locate myself.
The cause was due to the faith, the dedication to a path. The mistake was to do it with a wish. A wish that the rope will lead to perfect landing (the one of preceding successors), increased the haziness of the drop and in turn prevented the ego less self to realize the best position. Those who want to become doctors, lawyers, politicians and etc, must do it for the right, ego less sakes. Otherwise its a mistake to leave childish dreams unrealized, and children with out father for sake of another.
To the family, I am sorry for your loss. To people, be warned and realize the worth of your positioning.
